One thing that makes Thrivent Financial for Lutherans unique is local groups of members, like ours!
The Thrivent Community- Crossroads of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is one of nearly 1,400 local groups of Thrivent Financial members. Thrivent Community- is for Thrivent Financial members served by the Crossroads Group of financial representatives. The Crossraods Group primarily serves members living in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area. Led by a board of members, Thrivent Communities host a variety of social, educational and charitable events to make Thrivent Financial membership more valuable, meaningful and fun.
Board Vision
Provide outstanding local leadership to the Thrivent Community for the benefit of all its members and their communities and to provide advice to its associated practice.
Board Goals
• Foster a relationship between the Thrivent Community and the practice that enhances the
effectiveness of both.
• Strengthen the relationships between the practice, Thrivent financial members, their
congregations and communities.
• Capture and implement member feedback to improve the Thrivent Community experience.
• Create a meaningful member experience that motivates people to join and promote Thrivent
Financial.
• Develop opportunities to collaborate with non-profits that encourage member participation and
community growth.
